I am sure all of you must have experienced the feeling of joy and elation when some one just read your heart and mind and get you really wanted at that very moment. It is a well known fact that, the better communicator you are; the better your life is going to be. Communicating clearly can be very effective and time saving at times. Just stating your ideas, your problems, what you think about certain things can save you from going through a lot of stress and agaony.Instead of that ,pondering on the problem for a long time can not bring the creative result. That only creates negative stress ,eventually which is bad for your health. Every one knows that but some times, time and circumstances does not allow you to open up.
