it sounded so real!
Just recently I was reading a book from Shashi Deshpande(A Matter of Time) and there was something very intriguing mentioned which almost made me peep into my own soul and my existence in this world.It is a story about a couple in which the man --a respected professor, a loving husband,a caring father walks out on his family for the reasons even he can not articulate.By just one single act he got out of their 35 year old relationship .Obviously he did not have any gripe with his daughters,so it must be the wife. May be she was not very intelligent or smart. Not lacking education or culture, just not very clever intellectually. Obviously he himself was quite an intelligent man, and it must have been frustrating that he could not hold some intelligent conversations with his wife because she has a lot of trouble getting what he was talking about or understanding things properly.
