Our Second day visit in this trip was to Oak canyon creek. As the name explains it self that it was a magnificent canyon covered completely inside, with oak trees. The unique part of this canyon was the abundance of oak tree, which was making the environment and the canyon itself very serene and tranquil. As the description explained about Oak Creek Canyon is a 12 mile long river canyon located along the Mogollon Rim in northern Arizona located between the cities of Flagstaff and Sedona .The canyon is often described as a smaller cousin of the Grand Canyon because of its scenic beauty. Oak Creek , a tributary of the Verde River, flows along the bottom of the canyon and is one of the few perennial streams in the High Desert region of northern Arizona . Well, here I am after nearly two weeks to our trip to Flagstaff , Sedona and near by places. I am still around and in good spirits. The first day of our trip was to Flagstaff Humphrey’s peak. That was the last day for chairlift sky ride to Humphrey’s peak, and we were lucky enough to catch it on time. Snowfall was very young at that time and the mountain peaks were all covered with snow, not enough snow to do skiing yet. All my friends out there, if you remember this is the follow up blog of my earlier blog “My Dream” . I am very elated to share my joy that my friend has become a father of a beautiful baby girl. You must be thinking why I am so elated about that. Apparently I have two reasons for that, to which I will come later. We all hoped the baby to be born near 15 th November. But she came early. It seems she was also very excited to see us all. It was 5 th of November, a very hot day here in Phoenix . Since my friend always says that November in Phoenix is very pleasant. So I decided to call him and ask how he was feeling right now. And he gave me this lovely news, that he is in the hospital, and baby girl was born. Here is piece of thought for all my friends in Blog World! We sit and we type, and we stare at our screens. We all have to wonder what this possibly means. With our mouse we roam through the rooms in a maze Looking for something or someone as we sit in a daze. We chat with each other. We type all our woes. Just few days back there was a very informative interview of Deepak Chopra was going on XM Radio on channel 121.My fried came from some where and asked me to tune in to that channel. The room was dark, so it took me some time to go to that channel as I was also trying to turn on the light .Feeling my disability to tune in to that channel fast , my friend asked me “is that channel 121?” I said “no it is not.” But he couldn’t hear me correctly and sneeringly said “that is not channel 121?” Upon which I got really agitated and said “Can’t you see I am turning on the light and trying to tune into that channel!” Well that was it. We ended up getting upset with each other for quite a while just because of this communication problem and as result were rude to each other. A little communication problem can lead to a serious result and can cause a great deal of misunderstanding.
